In boxing, a cornerman is the coach just outside the ring giving the fighter perspective, wisdom, and motivation. The cornerman helps the fighter see what they’re missing, make adjustments, and get back up again when they’re knocked down.

A fighter with a cornerman is never fighting alone. You don’t have to face your fight alone, either.

I’m a coach and an author because I believe everyone should have someone in their corner helping them chase their goals and realize their capabilities. I want to be in your corner as you step into the ring to face the biggest fight of your life.

I love coaching because I love seeing people win the fight for their health, relationships, and goals. My greatest passion is turning unbelief into belief in oneself. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than setting someone on the path toward the life they always dreamed of but never realized they could actually have.

I spent years thinking I was fighting my fight. In reality, I was throwing jabs and hooks at the air, fighting an opponent that wasn’t there.

I felt held back by my upbringing. I felt discontent in my relationships. It felt impossible to prioritize my health. I felt stuck in a job that just paid the bills.

I blamed each of these things for keeping me from where I really wanted to be. And while I was busy throwing punches anywhere and everywhere, I never actually faced the fight holding me back from my destiny. I thought I was fighting, but I was actually running. Because it’s easy to blame what you can’t change. It’s harder to take responsibility for what you can.

Facing my fight meant trading my excuses for my destiny, and my purpose is to help you do the same. My dream is to stand with you as you face your fight, recognize your real opponent, and open the door to your freedom.
